  1. I went ahead and already did the quiz, so I'd rather not take it again later and skew my results from what I actually knew. I got a 73% on the quiz, doing better than 80% of the public and 13% below the rest. I found to be really interesting how atheists and agnostics (as I am) had more knowledge about religion than most others. Judaism is the one religion that had the higher score, most likely because of their affiliation with the bible as Christians and Muslims have. Also, that between high school and any level of college that there is a significant jump of score, my inference being that once people are out of high school their horizons broaden much further than their little neighborhood and circle of friends.

  2. I correctly answered 10 out of 15 questions which put me above 73% of the public. I also find it interesting that atheists know more about religion than actual religious people do. I suppose you have to read up on a lot of religions to be able to decide that you don't agree with any of them. It is also interesting that more college students and post-graduates scored higher than those in high school and younger. For me this hits home because I was always made to go to church every Sunday with my family until we moved to Germany and couldn't find a church. When I was on my own I had time to think about religion and what I agreed/disagreed with. Not being pressured into it let me decide what i believe in. Therefore I would say that older people tend to learn more about religions because they're interested or, in my case, not pressured anymore.

  3. I answered 10 questions right out of the possible 15. This means i scored higher than 73% of the public. I have grown up going to Catholic schools and was forced into my religion as well. Always making sure that we go to mass on Sundays, and praying before meals. I know the basics behind most of the other religions but not the details which this quiz pointed out.

  4. My results were a 67%. This means that I am above 73% of the public, but below 20% of the public. It surprised me about how atheists do better then most people. I did not think they knew a lot about the facts of other religions. But now thinking about it, I guess they would. How else would they pick to be an atheist. Also that men score better then women, I would have thought it would be more like 50-50, and not 48-52. There has been issues with religion in my family. My moms family is a completely different religion then my dads family and when my mom was younger her family changed religions and she was forced into a new one. Since that happened, I was not forced into any religion and was able to make my own decision on what I wanted. Doing this, I have been able to learn about all different kinds of religions. This is why I think adults score a lot better then most of the public. They can explore and choose what they want to believe.

  5. My score was 33% i think it would be because i was not raised on religion so i know very little about religion. religion was always my choice whether i wanted to go to church or not i did go when i got a little older but not alot. This is the total opposite from all my cousins who my grandpa had control over he was big on religion catholic but my mom was not. this would be why i scored 33 %
